	Popular Music Concerts (Per Event Licence), Tariff 4A1
	A Tariff 4.A.1 licence gives you the right to publicly perform Works as live performances by musicians, singers, or both, and other entertainers at theatres or other places where entertainment is presented, including open-air events. Tariff 4.A.1 does not apply to performances covered under Tariff 3.

	A Tariff 4.A.2 licence gives you the right to publicly perform Works as live performances by musicians, singers, or both, and other entertainers at theatres or other places where entertainment is presented, including open-air events. Tariff 4.A.2 does not apply to performances covered under Tariff 3.

	Classical Music Concerts (Per Concert Licence), Tariff 4B1
	A Tariff 4.B.1 licence gives you the right to publicly perform Works as live performances by musicians, singers, or both, at concerts or recitals of classical music.

	Annual Licence for Orchestras, Tariff 4B2
	A Tariff 4.B.2 licence gives you the right to publicly perform Works, as live performances by orchestras (including singers), at concerts or recitals of classical music. "Orchestras" include a musical group, which offers to the public one or more series of concerts or recitals that have been predetermined in an annual budget. Where fees are paid under Tariff 4.B.2, you do not need to pay under Tariff 4.B.1

	Annual Licence for Presenting Organizations, Tariff 4B3
	A Tariff 4.B.3 licence gives your organization the right to publicly perform live, classical Works during a series of concerts or recitals forming part of an artistic season of a presenting organization. You can use this form for up to 10 concerts. Where fees are paid under 4.B.3, you do not need to pay under Tariff 4.B.1
